This page explains what personal data HyperHealth collects through Henry (our AI assistant and booking system), why, and how it's handled.

To provide the service you're asking for: answering your questions, managing bookings, keeping your account secure, and improving Henry's knowledge base over time. We don't use your data for advertising, and we don't sell it to anyone.
We use a small number of service providers ("processors") to run Henry:
These providers process data on our behalf under their own data protection agreements. Some may process data outside the EU/EEA (e.g. the US); where that happens, it's covered by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Henry does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't run analytics tools that track you across sites. If you log in, your browser stores a login token using "local storage" (similar to a cookie) purely so you stay logged in — this is strictly necessary for the service to work and is not used for tracking or advertising.
We keep account and booking data for as long as your account is active, or as needed for legitimate business/legal reasons (e.g. financial records). You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to object to how it's processed. To exercise any of these, contact us at info@hyperhealth.ie.
If you have any questions about this policy or how your data is handled, contact us at info@hyperhealth.ie or 087-3655605.
